The health and safety of our valued members and employees remains a top priority at VP Fitness. We are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very seriously and want to assure you that we are taking necessary measures and following all recommendations from public health officials. We continue to maintain our high standards of cleanliness. With all of this in mind, we have taken many steps in response to the threat of COVID-19.
Our facility cleaning protocol has been evaluated to ensure that we are using cleaning methods and disinfectants as recommended by public health officials. Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizing stations have been made available to all employees and members in accessible locations throughout our facility. Signage is displayed in the lockers rooms promoting good hygiene and hand washing practices. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of our safety protocols.
We ask that if you or anyone in your household is ill with a virus, or you suspect you might be coming down with one, that you reschedule your appointment with us. We understand how important your services are to you, and we will do our best to get you rescheduled once you're feeling better. We will continue to waive our cancellation policy in the event of illness (but please call us as soon as you know you won't be in, as our no show policy is still in effect). We have voicemail available 24 hours a day if you need to leave a message after hours.
